Our standard size is 22" x 22", which works for most designs. Custom sizes are available on request, and we offer four fabric weights so you can pick the feel that matches your project.
Fabric weights
Color saturation varies slightly by weight. Lighter fabrics hold color better. Heavier fabrics feel more like a classic bandana but print a bit more muted.
- 70 gsm, lightweight. Thin and translucent when held up to light. Best saturation of the four.
- 100 gsm, mid-weight. Slightly more opaque, medium color saturation.
- 140 gsm, mid-heavy. Heavier weight with somewhat less saturated color.
- 180 gsm, traditional bandana weight. Thicker, opaque, feels like a proper bandana in hand. Colors print a bit more muted.

Printing
We print digitally, not screen-print. Digital handles full-color artwork, gradients, and photographic detail at a level screen printing can’t match at this scale. If you specifically need a screen-printed bandana, email us for a quote.
File requirements
Files should be 22" x 22" at 300 dpi or higher. JPEG works as long as it’s high-resolution. Vector is preferred for clean edges and text. 72 dpi files will print soft. Templates with bleed specs are linked at the bottom of this page.

Common questions
What’s the material?
100% cotton poplin. Poplin is a plain weave with fine horizontal ribs.
How long do custom bandanas take?
Typically 4 to 5 weeks from proof approval to delivery. Global Express shipping is included.
Do you offer other fabric weights?
Yes. The four standard weights are listed above, and 80 gsm is available on request. Email us for pricing on non-standard weights.
Are they screen-printed?
No, they’re digitally printed in full color for maximum detail retention. If you specifically want screen printing, email us for a quote.
Can I order a quantity that isn’t listed?
Yes. Any total works. Pricing is based on the tier your quantity falls into. 225 bandanas, for example, gets priced at the 200-unit tier.
Can I split an order across multiple designs?
Yes, as long as each design hits the 50-unit minimum. 100 could be two designs at 50 each. 500 could be five designs at 100 each. Pricing is based on the total order quantity.
Why is the minimum 50?
The factory has a labor minimum that makes anything under 50 more expensive per piece than a 50-unit run. You can technically order less (email us for a quote), but pricing for 25 is often nearly the same as 50, which is why 50 is the practical floor.
Can I see a sample before committing?
We have a pre-printed Alchemy bandana available to buy at cost plus shipping, so you can feel the material and print quality in person. We can also do a hard sample of your specific design for roughly $100, though that’s typically only worth it on larger orders.
