How a run actually works

Most orders start with a quote, not a cart. You send us your artwork, and we come back with pricing, a production timeline, and any production notes within a business day or two. We'll flag anything that won't translate well to wood before we move forward.

From proof approval, wooden products typically ship in 5 to 7 days from our US wood shop. That's significantly faster than overseas custom merchandise. Shipping is express and included.

If you have a hard deadline, tell us before you order. We don't charge rush fees. We'll confirm whether we can hit your date.

Why our minimum is 25

Wooden products are the one category we make in smaller runs. They're produced at our US wood shop instead of overseas, which means we're not running into the same factory labor minimums that set the 50-piece floor on enamel and metal products. 25-piece runs are economically reasonable here. Mix multiple designs in one order as long as each design hits the 25-piece minimum at the same size range.

What's GreenGuard Gold and why does it matter?

What size ornaments do you make?

Standard sizes range from 2" up to about 5" depending on the design. Custom sizes available on request — email us with your specs.

Will the wood crack or warp over time?

Cherry wood is dimensionally stable in normal indoor conditions (the temperature and humidity range of a typical home or office). Cracking or warping requires extreme conditions like prolonged direct sunlight or high humidity (a damp basement, an outdoor display in summer). Indoor holiday tree use is fine.

Can I order ornaments year-round?
