Template

When designing for a lanyard, it will be one long 25x900mm file, but in the middle, it should change directions because it will turn around to come down the other side.

The bottom half should be facing down and normal and the top half should be flipped upside down.  Many times, people will add something in the exact center like a logo or other element to mark the shift in the art direction.

Turnaround

Lanyards take about a month from submission to shipment from the factory.  Add in another week for transit.

Yes, but it does add some cost because we are adding labor.
