How a run actually works
Most orders start with a quote, not a cart. You send us your artwork (vector preferred for clean lines, raster works for full-color), and we come back with pricing, a production timeline, and any production notes within a business day or two. We'll flag anything in the file that won't translate well at production size before we move forward.
From proof approval, most overseas products are about 3.5 to 4 weeks to your door. That's the nature of producing 100% custom merchandise overseas vs. shipping a stock promotional item. Shipping is express and included in the price.
If you have a hard deadline, tell us before you order. We don't charge rush fees. We'll either confirm we can hit your date or tell you up front that we can't, so you can plan around it.
Why our wristband minimum is 100
Elastic wristbands have a higher floor than our other products because the sublimation print process and the cutting/sewing setup amortize over more pieces to make economic sense. Below 100, the per-piece cost climbs sharply. 100 is where the math works. Splitting an order across two designs (100/100) is allowed for a small upcharge of $0.20 per piece — still cheaper than two separate 100-piece runs because some setup is shared.

Can I split an order across multiple designs?
Yes and no. Each design needs to hit the 100-piece minimum, and splitting an order does add $0.20 per piece in upcharges (extra setup labor for the split). Even with the upcharge, splitting 200 pieces into 100/100 is still cheaper than ordering two separate 100-piece runs because some setup is shared.
What size are they?
Print area is 190mm (7.5") × 15mm (0.6") tall. The wristband is one size and fits most comfortably. The elastic stretches to accommodate different wrist sizes.
How does sublimation printing work?
Sublimation printing dyes the fabric fibers themselves instead of sitting on top as ink. The result is a print that's part of the material — won't crack, peel, or fade like surface-printed wristbands often do. Full color, fine detail, no color count limits.
Can I do photo-realistic art?
Yes. Sublimation handles full color and gradients accurately, so photo-realistic artwork works well. Send high-resolution raster or vector and we'll handle file prep.
What artwork format works best?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) at the template dimensions are ideal. High-resolution raster (300 DPI at print size) also works. Use the downloadable template above to set up your file at the right dimensions.
Do I see a proof before production?
Yes. Digital proof for review before printing. Revisions until you approve.
Are these made in the USA?
Elastic wristbands are produced overseas at long-vetted factories. Our team is US-based and handles file prep, proofing, and customer success. Our wooden products and stickers are made in the USA.
