Custom patch keychains for bands, brands, illustrators, and creative teams. We make them in rectangle, square, circle, and motel shapes, with a keyring attached so they’re ready to use out of the box. Runs start at 50 per design, and custom shapes are possible.
Choose between 50% embroidered or fully woven construction. 50% embroidered uses twill backing for the background, with the rest of the art raised in embroidered thread for two levels of texture. Woven patches use a tighter weave that holds finer detail and are the lightest weight option. Both types support double-sided artwork and can take a merrowed edge on simple shapes or an embroidered edge on complex ones.

Common questions
What’s the difference between 50% embroidered and woven?
50% embroidered uses twill for the background color and embroidered thread for the design, which gives you two levels of height (the way classic scout patches are made). Woven patches use a tighter weave that holds finer detail, and they’re the thinner and lightest option.
What’s a merrowed edge?
A merrowed edge is the raised thick border you see on classic patches. It works on simple shapes (rectangle, circle, square, triangle). For complex or custom shapes, we do an embroidered edge instead, which handles curves and angles a merrowed edge can’t.
How long do they take?
About 4 weeks from hard sample approval to delivery. Full breakdown is in the Turnaround section below.
Do I see a sample before the full run?
Yes. After the order is confirmed with the factory, we’ll send you a photo of a hard sample (roughly a week for 50% embroidered, closer to 10 days for woven). Once you approve it, the full run goes into production. If the sample isn’t right, we can make changes before production.
Can I do variants on a patch?
Yes. Variants on a single patch (different colors or small art changes within one run) cost a little more because of the added labor and machine time, usually 20 cents or more per piece depending on complexity. Email us for an exact quote on your specific split.
Are they double-sided?
Yes. Both types support artwork on both sides.
Can you make other sizes?
Yes. Send us the artwork and the size you’re looking for, and we’ll quote it.
Turnaround
Production runs in sequence: hard sample from the factory (about 1 week for 50% embroidered, closer to 10 days for woven), then full production after sample approval. With priority shipping, total door-to-door is about 4 weeks.
