What sticker release paper is and why it matters
Standard paper bonds permanently with sticker adhesive — once a sticker is applied, removing it tears the paper. Sticker release paper has a low-friction coating that lets stickers stick AND release cleanly. Customers can place stickers anywhere in the book, peel them back off when they're ready to actually use the sticker, and the book pages stay intact. This is what makes a real sticker book a useful product instead of just a notebook with loose stickers in it.

How a run actually works
Most orders start with a quote, not a cart. You send us your artwork, and we come back with pricing, a production timeline, and any production notes within a business day or two. We'll flag anything in the file that won't translate well at production size before we move forward.
From proof approval, most overseas products are about a month to your door. That's the nature of producing 100% custom merchandise overseas vs. shipping a stock promotional item. Shipping is express and included in the price.
If you have a hard deadline, tell us before you order. We don't charge rush fees. We'll either confirm we can hit your date or tell you up front that we can't, so you can plan around it.
Why our minimum is 50
It's a factory math thing, not a quality stance. The factories we work with charge a labor minimum that covers setup, mold use, proofing, and the production run itself. That floor barely changes between a 25-piece and a 50-piece order, so a 25-piece run costs almost the same as 50 with half the output. 50 is where the per-piece price actually starts to make sense.
We can run smaller hard sample runs if you really need to (the factory will do it), but it's not financially viable for most people: you're paying close to 50-piece pricing for a fraction of the output. If you're set on a small run, email us first and we'll walk through whether it's worth it. Larger runs (100, 200, and up) bring the per-piece cost down meaningfully.

Yes, but it adds cost. Each cover variant needs its own print setup. Email us for an exact quote. Minimum is 50 books per cover design.
Can I have a different page count than the listed options?

Can you make different sizes besides B6?
Yes. We have templates ready for B6, A6, 5"×5" (127mm × 127mm), and A5 in either saddle stitched or spiral bound. Email us with your size and quantity for a quote.
Why does air shipping cost so much?
Paper is heavy. Each sticker book weighs more than most of our other products, and the books stack into significant total weight at order quantities. Air shipping prices by weight, so paper-heavy orders get expensive. Boat shipping prices by volume rather than weight, which makes it dramatically cheaper for paper products if you can wait the extra 3 weeks.
What artwork format works best?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for cover artwork. Interior pages can be left blank (the standard) or printed with your custom design. CMYK preferred; RGB converts and we proof carefully.
Can I print custom designs on the interior pages?
Yes. Standard interior is blank sticker release paper, but custom interior printing is available — useful for branded sticker books with section dividers, prompts, or themed page artwork.
How long do sticker books take?
About four weeks from proof approval to your door for air shipping. Add 3 weeks if you choose boat shipping (available on orders 300+). No rush fees.
Do I see a proof before production?
Yes. Digital proof for cover and any interior printing. Revisions until you approve.
Are these made in the USA?
Sticker books are produced overseas at long-vetted factories. Our team is US-based and handles file prep, proofing, and customer success. Our wooden products and stickers are made in the USA.
