The three styles in the set
- Waffle texture sublimated polyester — modern tea towel with a waffle weave texture, ideal for vibrant all-over prints. Less absorbent than cotton but visually striking.
- Standard sublimated polyester — flat polyester with full-color all-over sublimation. Print quality is the most vibrant of the three.
- Screen printed cotton — traditional cotton tea towel with screen-printed design. Most absorbent, most "tea towel" in feel, but limited to 1-3 color designs.
How to choose between styles
Pick sublimated polyester (waffle or flat) when full-color print saturation matters more than absorbency — these read as decorative-merch tea towels for retail or display, where the artwork is the point. Pick screen printed cotton when functional absorbency matters and the design works in 1-3 colors — closer to a traditional tea towel a customer would actually use in the kitchen.

Design Templates
Set up your artwork at the correct size with proper bleed and safe zones using our production templates. Vector files (PDF/AI/EPS) are preferred for clean lines and scaling; raster (PSD) works for full-color artwork at 300dpi.
