From proof approval, wooden products typically ship in 7 to 10 business days because they're produced at our US wood shop instead of overseas. That's significantly faster than the four-week turnaround on enamel and other overseas products. Shipping is express and included in the price.

Why our minimum is 25

Wooden products are the one category we make in smaller runs. They're produced at our US wood shop instead of overseas, which means we're not running into the same factory labor minimums that set the 50-piece floor on enamel and metal products. 25-piece runs are economically reasonable here in a way they wouldn't be otherwise. Good place to start if you're testing a design, doing a small convention drop, or want to see how a wood product reads against your art before scaling up. Per-piece price still comes down meaningfully on larger runs.

Common questions

Are these really made in the USA?

Yes. Cherry wood from US mills, cutting and printing happen at our US wood shop, and we ship from a US warehouse. Wooden products and stickers are the products we make in the US. Our metal, plastic, and enamel keychains are produced overseas.

Are motel and hotel keychains the same?

Yes. Both terms describe the same vintage key-fob shape. The wooden version reads especially well on hospitality, travel, and retro-themed brand merch.

How long do they take?

Typically 7 to 10 business days from proof approval, including express shipping. Significantly faster than overseas keychains because they're produced domestically.

Can I order fewer than 25?

25 is the minimum because production setup is most economical at that quantity. Below 25, the per-piece price climbs sharply. If you really need fewer, email us and we'll walk through the cost tradeoff.

Can I mix multiple designs in one order?

Yes, as long as each design hits the 25-piece minimum. So a 50-piece order could be one design at 50, or two designs at 25 each.

What artwork works well in wood?

Bold designs, strong logos, illustration, and high-contrast art read well. For laser engraving, anything with very fine line work won't translate as well; UV printing handles fine detail and color better. Send us your design and we'll tell you honestly which finish fits your art.
