Wooden Motel Keychains (USA Made)

Made in the USA using sustainable cherry wood.  Change it up with a custom wooden motel keychain and create something unique.  Choose burned or add full color UV Printing that is GreenGuard Gold certified UV-LED inks.

Keychains are 3.5" tall x 1.75" wide and modeled after a traditional plastic motel keychain.

Wooden motel keychains can often be delivered to you within 7-10 days and are perfect for extreme rush orders.

Low minimum order of 25 pieces!  For quantities over 1000 or for larger sizes, please email for an exact quote.

Mix and combine multiple designs in your order.  If you want 100 (50 of one design and 50 of another), they are priced for 100 total.  Please mention any order splits in the notes section of the order form. 

Variants should be kept at a minimum of 25 each design.

• For burned motel keychains, all white in your file will be flat, lighter wood and all of the black in your design will be the lower, burned texture.

• If you are using a UV print, please send the file at a min of 300 dpi at the size you'd like it printed.  Full color is ok and any high resolution file type is ok.  Vector is always best, but a PSD or PDF, or PNG are ok.

How do I design for a custom wooden product?
We need black and white artwork.  Whatever is white will be lighter/ flat wood and all of the black in your design will be laser burned into the wood.  The edge can be either the white or black of the file.  Please provide a cut line as well in your artwork.

How long do wooden motel keychains take to get made?
On average it's anywhere from 5-7 days to 2 weeks depending on the quantity and complexity of the order (lots of variant designs or very high volumes)

Can I have multiple designs in an order?
Yes!  Looking to do lower runs?  No problem.  You could make 50 and have that be 25/25, or 100 with 5 designs - 20 qty each and be priced as 100 total, not 5 smaller orders.

Can I do full art, double sided?
Yes.  It adds 0.40 per make them double sided

They are made right here in the USA.

What kind of wood is used?
We use a solid cherry wood for them.
