We send a digital proof for your review before production is officially scheduled.  If approved, we are rolling, but if you need adjustments, we will get new proofs until you approve.  There is not a hard sample fully completed to review before production resumes. If you need to see a single sample first, we can request one, but it will add extra time to production.

Most pins take about a month from proof approval to shipment.

Wood Motel Keychains are typically finished in 5-7 days and are made in the USA.

Short Answer: Yes...sometimes. If it's changing plastic colors with the same art, it's ok within reason.

Plastic UV Printed Motel: If you have variant art on one side, it will add $0.30 per.

Foil: You can't change the art, but we can mix some plastic colors.

Wooden: Yes, within reason (aka an order of 100 being 50/50 is ok but 10 x 10 is not without increased cost).

Patch: Not as easily. If it's simple thread swaps, we can do it, but would need to get a quote.

We only have the solid colors listed. We can also make some on specialty plastics (email for a list), but we cannot make a custom color for you.

A foil embossed motel keychain uses a mold and is a different process from a UV printed motel.

If you want to do Foil on one side and UV on the other, please email for an exact quote. It is possible, but the cost is much higher because it mixes two methods.

Our motel keychains are made in China, as almost all motel keychains are (there are some factories who claim to produce them in the US, but it’s false advertising- they have a US based team just like us, but hide the fact that they make the actual products in China.)

Many people think that Chinese factories are “sweatshops” or that they employ child labor or other unethical practices, but that couldn’t be further from the truth- Chinese manufacturing is a sophisticated, high tech industry that involves competitive local wages and teams of skilled engineers and artisans. It is akin to - or in many cases more advanced than - manufacturing processes and facilities in the US.

Our owner has personally visited our pin factory, met the owner and even tried his hand at fabrication! Most of our other products also come from Chinese partners, except for stickers and wooden products which are made in the USA.

We are making custom products and things can go wrong.  A color mixed up, or small issues, etc.  Any order made wrong or with issues can be either re-made or refunded with the bad product returned.  We never want this to happen, but when it does, we have your back and it won't cost you anything.

Foil Motel keychains are a flat -$30 on reprint order because we already have the mold for it. UV printed motel keychains are not cheaper on a reprint order.

We can always get an exact quote for you and when you have a lot of keychains being made at the same time, they will benefit from shared shipping that will bring down your total cost.

We are happy to get quotes for any order directly from the factory. The pricing on this site has to assume it ships on it's own, but like any shipping, when you have more shipped together, it averages down per piece.
